The Future Leadership conference, is a bi-annual leadership conference organized by Springboard to bring together Nigerian youths from different parts of the country for the sole reason of promoting good character, values, supporting individual initiatives, as well as empowering Youths towards personal transformation for the purpose of facilitating societal transformation at all levels of our society.
Speaking on “Transformation in Nigeria”
This event took place on the 25th October 2014 at Danjuma hall of the Armed Resettlement Centre with the theme “Nigeria and the Burden for Leadership”. The Guest speakers at the conference addressed the various issues plaguing the Nigerian nation and the Youths; they gave participants points to ruminate upon and enlightened them on how to go about transforming the Nation. Guest speakers present include Dr. Austin Izagbo, Former Commissioner for Youths, Sports and Culture, Delta State; Steve Harris, Managing Consultant, EdgeEcution; Hafiz Oyetoro (Saka), Ace Actor and Comedian; Laila St. Matthew-Daniel, Founder of ACTS Generation; Ali Baba, Ace Comedian and Elvis Ukpaka, Managing Consultant/CEO, Vision drivers Consulting Ltd.

According to the convener, Mark Idiahi, CEO of Juninetin Innovation “the conference is designed to mobilize up to 2500 young Nigerians for the purpose of sensitizing, mentoring and empowering them to take responsibility for their own lives, by being the change they seek in the world and to also inspire young people towards a paradigm-shift in our leadership”.
